The rooms with a very comfortable bed and kitchenette, for example were brand-new. Also, location was comfy and best possible, relatively close to Cathedral of All Souls. The staff was helpful and professional and gave some great recommendations.

Solo traveler's hidden gem
Even though they were renovating, I got a great night's sleep in that super clean room. The view from the Standard King Room was something else, really made the stay worthwhile, you know? I could see the city lights at night, it felt almost. poetic.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but price was acceptable for what I got.

We explored some beautiful hiking trails and found fine waterfalls along the way. Plus, kids eat free here, a great bonus! The hotel was super convenient, great to easily access local attractions.
The only downside was the pool area could get a bit crowded, especially in the evenings.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our four-night stay and loved the spacious King Leisure room, but encountered issues with the room key and staff responsiveness. Make sure to request extra coffee pods early, as the morning brew can be limited to just eight ounces. A pleasant place with room for improvement.

The hotel was quite nice, with friendly staff and a great location near Biltmore. The breakfast situation was frustrating, as the food ran out quickly, and the A/C unit could use some improvement for better temperature control.

The location was ideal for visiting attractions nearby, particularly the Biltmore. The room was comfortable, although I found the pillows too soft for my preference, and the temperature control could have been better.

The location near local attractions and the comfortable bed. The room showed signs of wear, with a chipped vanity and a less-than-ideal sofa bed. Breakfast was decent, but they ran out of eggs on the second morning.

The Standard King Room was really comfy. The beds were nice, and I slept well. The balcony had a decent view, a nice touch. The room was clean and well-maintained. Only downside was some noise from the hallway, but not a big deal. It was great having a mini-kitchen setup too.
